I know that gap control is an important issue when facing against this Deadmonton team, but winning faceoffs and gaining clean puck possession are two little things that also should not be overlooked.

Spence has been way overmatched in every contest he has played vs Edmonton.

Already not liking what I'm seeing with the Kings taking multiple penalties in the 1st, although that is gonna happen with Edmonton trying for an early push.

LOVE the crowd and their energy. Hopefully they'll push the kings to weather this early storm, because Edmonton is going to fade. McDiver looked gassed on the bench. Probably because he's their only player and is always on the ice.

Kings also need to start winning draws in their defensive zone.

Well, McPrincess once got a game misconduct penalty a few years ago during a regular season game against our Kings. But yeah, after that major penalty, the league seems to be a bit more lenient with his antics and let him get away with it.
