In the NHL, if any player other than the goalie deliberately covers, grabs, or hides the puck while it's within the goal crease, it's a penalty shot for the non-offending team. The goalie is the only player allowed to be in the crease and can cover the puck there.
 
That missed tripping call late in Game 4 coming back to haunt us. Anyways, see y'all next year.... 5th time a charm I suppose

I can. Edmonton was injured, plain and simple. The Kings were always the inferior team but the Edmonton injuries served as a handicap. Kings needed to pounce on that and win at least one of games 3 or 4 to force game 7. Edmonton was always going to come back, but at least pushing it to 7 would up the odds the Kings would take one more, by fluke.

This was always a black hole team at best. I was hoping, though, we could at least get passed Edmonton, given their weakened state. But, alas, Byfield couldn’t chip it out and neither could the rest of the Kings.

I just hope Blake is gone after this season, finally.
 
Doesn't mattter if he covered it or not, Jim....we still couldn't manage to put the puck in the net
 
i never liked Fuhr and now don't Pickerd! Remember being at The Forum yelling at Fuhr to retire when he was playing for the Kings, good times...
