I consider Hiller to be the worst thing that happened to the Kings in my 25 years as a fan. I know the team has its share of dark moments throughout its history, but he’s still gotta be up there.

I mean, they had 105 points last season, so he was doing something right. But somehow a switch got flipped in his head when the playoffs started and it never got switched back. His playoff decisions were indefensible and inexcusable, but the regular season was good enough that you had to hope he'd just learned his lesson in games 3-6.

Narrator: He did not learn his lesson.
