Wow this is going to be mediocre.

But, jokes on me, I'm the one that's going to pay to go see it anyway.

I dunno. I raised an eyebrow at Lex when the trailer started. But I am willing to wait and see. First, this is a modern version of Lex. Meaning they are trying to make him contemporary. And Hackman/Spacey have already done versions of the mad genius LL. And we are seeing him in origin mode, so maybe once the catalyst that changes him occurs the tone will change. It's unfair to judge from a 2 minute trailer. I DO think they may have tipped too much already. But, once again I will wait and see. I think it looks good, but I enjoyed Man of Steel and like the work of Snyder, so I am a little biased.

I liked Jesse's take on Lex actually. It is the rest of the film that has me at "meh!"

If you wanna see Martian Manhunter on TV, it seems 'Supergirl' is now your show to watch.

Zack Snyder to Explore the Lore of Doomsday in ‘Batman v Superman’ and Beyond

Personally, it sounds like a lot of rhetoric without much substance behind it. Maybe Snyder’s just not the best person to be explaining these behind-the-scenes decisions and comic book mythologies. Then again, maybe he’s doing his best to keep from spoiling anything else in the film and has decided that it’s just better to let the movie speak for itself when it opens on March 25th.

I think it's really dismissive that almost all the articles, especially from Collider.com, have some sort of built in editorial slam of Snyder. I think it's terribly unfair. You don't like him or his movies...whatever. the problem with online journalism is that they have forgotten the edict that you do not make yourself part of the story. The internet ='s Fox News.

If I was 20x as interested in an Aquaman movie as I am now, I would be less interested.
