that. was. awesome.
that run and goal by Pec, my god.
I kept saying in the first half and part of the 2nd they were completely neglecting Paintsill's side of the field. I watched him in person and he looked visibly frustrated at least in the first half. But man when he got his chance he didn't hesitate.
Crowd was awesome.
A bit vulnerable on defense letting forwards get behind them, but if they play offensively like that they're gonna be tough to beat.

Gotta keep it locked down.
Sounders are going to be THE test.
G’s playing them at home is a big plus!!
If the G’s can be patient and control the game they will score.

Now the G’s have their chance for glory at home. Probably will have to do it without Puig and Reus, but they have shown they can.

Puig out is going to make next year’s roster build interesting to say the least.
Putting him on season ending injury for next season should open his spot for the G’s.
What will really be interesting is his ACL recovery and if he is the same player when he comes back. Obviously the Galaxy are keen for a big future sale for Riqui, if he comes back anything less than he is now would be awful all around.

If it was a solo flight, sure, but when you gotta buy the tix for all the peeps that you want their with you, it's just crazy $$$. Mix in the jacked up parking prices for MLS Cup, tall boys, merch.....it's a bloody fortune.
I'll watch from home......and be HYPED!!!!!!

…..and in addition to the alcohol I have and will continue to consume today in celebration……I will also eat a heaping plate of crow in honor of our manager Greg Vanney. I was on the Vanney Out train many times, but once he got the right players for his system it worked so very well.
All is right again in MLS.
