Rodrigo De Paul to join Messi in Miami??!?!!?
How are they able to do this?!?!?!?
TBH, at this point in the season, I don't really care about potential roster rotation ahead of El Trafico.![]()
Just keep driving up that price when I sell the Miami game next year....
I bit the bullet and am going tonight too. We have LAFC this weekend. What's the lineup gonna look like tonight
Not worried about Pec. He's staying. Not losing your mind on Nascimento. I could tell too. Maybe the P's know something we don't...
I wanted Ramirez to come in earlier as we needed a spark he could bring.
Agree on Zanka. One of the loudest crowd moments was the collective groan when they announced his name in the lineup
The season was over awhile ago. It's all about getting ready for next year and getting Puig back. (and hopefully keeping Pec)
The reigning MLS Cup champions LA Galaxy will host Campeon de Campeones winners Deportivo Toluca in the 2025 Michelob ULTRA Campeones Cup on Wednesday, Oct. 1 (7:30 p.m. PT) at Dignity Health Sports Park.
God I hope not.Riqui back for this one?
My take: Unless you go to every match, I don't see the value at all in season seats for the Galaxy.Just got my renewal notice for the G's next year...my tickets going up $2 per ticket per game. Not the most insane amount of money but man after a year like this you'd think they'd freeze or lower prices.
Part of the value of coming back to season tickets this year was guaranteed playoff priority/prices. After I tried getting Western final or MLS Cup tickets on the secondary market last year which was a trainwreck with prices. The hope was to be able to sell games I can't make it to on the secondary market to make some of if not most of the money back (not in it to make money). Much harder this year when they have been an awful team. I have a very easy time selling my Kings tickets though if I can't make games. My take: Unless you go to every match, I don't see the value at all in season seats for the Galaxy.
They have tried to persuade me for years, and they have never given me a good argument for me to take the plunge and give them all that guaranteed $$$.
They give season seat holders crumbs from the table in terms of "extras, giveaways and special events".
I've never felt the Galaxy value their season ticket holders.
Meanwhile for an "often, not every" match attendee like myself, the secondary market is king....especially if you know how to play it.
Recently I attended the DC United match for $18 a ticket (including fees) section 101 behind the goal...about midway down....and to be honest, those were very easy to come by. I've seen even better deals midweek matches, but there is no way I'm driving to the Digs on a Wednesday night.
I know for many they feel connected to the club as a season seat holder. I get it.
To me however, I feel this club (especially this year) treats the fans, supporters, and season ticket holders as only commodities. The club does not value them much outside of their $$$$.
It's sad in light of the glorious championship season the G's had last year, and coming off the boycott and finally getting rid of Klein and Co............now it seems the FO has lost the plot..........how did that happen so fast?
