She actually lays out a compelling argument...but it also points to how cookie cutter these things may be. I don't have any complaint with what she said, it actually makes a lot of sense. Still, a shame.

Bumbleshack Curdlesnoot sounds like the name of a pub.

I am not convinced Cumberbatch would pass the required Dr. Strange mustache test, that is, not look like a porn star or perv with a 'stache.

Dunno. Starting to grow on me. And it's a home run as far as doing all they can to guarantee the Strange-ness won't put too many off. I just hope they use that as a license to stretch that same Strange-ness and really go for it. They won't...Marvel=safe...but a girl can dream.

and Krysten Ritter is an okay choice...but it's hard to see those Netflix projects as anything other than the tv cousins of the big boys when all the casting is being done primarily from established television stars.

so I was stuck in bed all weekend recovering from a migraine and I ended up watching all of Sherlock, which I LOVED, (as well as watching the last 3 seasons of Boardwalk Empire....omg.) and I hate the Doctor Strange casting ever so slightly less.

aw the plot's totally insane but I love the characters.

I agree about Moriarty though. I was bummed when he shot himself, but how the hell do you come back from that? unless he thinks he's Dr. Zola and uploaded his subconscious to some computer banks.
