Ellis & Hamner's "Red" Headed to NBC as TV Series

Ok, I guess the whole turning-a-movie-into-a-tv-franchise thing is a thing now.

Jon Hoeber and Erich Hoeber, who penned the 2010 film and its sequel, will helm this latest adaptation alongside "Red" producers Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Mark Vahradian.

I guess that means no third movie?

Are you kidding? They had Galactus, the Mole Man, Doc Doom(from motherloving Latveria) the fantasticar and Herbie the robot. The camp is what made the best FF stories. It sounds like they took EVERYTHING fun out due to going cheap, and left in the skeletal 'grounded' framework. And this is why we can't have nice things.
