It always has been. I mean he only jumped in the air and the primary point of contact of his elbow was Barkov's jaw. How could you consider that to be a penalty.

The whole "capitals bought CapFriendly" is another sign of how bush league the NHL is. I was reading tweets this morning on how the NHL doesn't want to run a website compiling the contract information in a convenient location. What exactly is the league office's function then?!?

I am just happy to win my friends and family pool. I had a buddy with the Oilers but I was 87.5% correct until Dallas (my Cup winner) lost. My buddy: Oilers will win, they have the 2 best players. Me: Nurse and Skinner, the Oilers also have the 2 worst players (as evidenced by goals 2 and 3 for sure and even #4).
