As much as we hate M. Tkachuk, I'd rather see him with the Cup rather than those 4 other guys from the Soilers.

I had a great time ...but you got me on the 1980 Olympics. That WAS bigger than this one.
I was 21 years old and homeless, sleeping on a friend's couch. That win over Russia revitalized me and 4 months later I was installing some newfangled devices called ATMs, which ended my 3 years of homelessness...which led to meeting my future wife and raising a family.
And it was all sparked by USA's win.

He most likely will not since he himself probably believe in the McJesus and that he’s the ”saviour of the game” hype, but he really should be ashamed…

I think Oilers almost coming back but still losing makes it even sweeter. There is a lot of heart break. They were so cocky after game 6. Lol.
Losing team having the MVP is still stupid in my opinion. Its sports writers being too clever. Marty had seven shutouts and still lost.
