Booooo. Drysaddle wins it for Deadmonton and now the series is tied at 2-2. Florida got caught in a bad change, which allowed the Coilers to take advantage and find Drysaddle for the GWG. Thanks, Maurice, for your poor decisions, especially in that 2nd period (did you just get possessed by Hiller's ghost or something?).
 
The Coilers must have learned from their Game 3 debacle and had a fire lit under themselves, especially after giving up three straight goals earlier in the 1st period in tonight's game. And after S.Skinner got pulled from his net at the start of the 2nd period, Pickard is trying to channel Vernon with his performance in net, even though Vernon is much better than him. Unfortunately for Florida, Maurice let Hiller take over his own body and choked away the lead and let his Cats doze off at the worst possible time, other than a critical tying goal by Reinhart after allowing the Coilers to take the lead in the 3rd period. While Tkachuk finally woke up and contributed to 2 of the 4 Florida goals, Marchand decided to hibernate after the first three games. Oh, and had Bennett scored on that turnover earlier in the 2nd period, the Cats would have been more likely to win the game.

Game 5 is going to determine who will really control the series. I think Knoblauch is going to go back to starting Pickard in net this time after seeing Skinner getting leaky in net. Pickard seems a little more confident and less nervous in net compared to S.Skinner.

There is so much kvetching here about how awful and whiny the Oiler fanbase is, but are you guys having a look at what you're posting here page after page after page? This forum is dripping with hatred . . . and it is not attractive.

I watched the overtime tonight. It was great until Crysaitl scored. It’s pretty amazing that 3 of 4 games have gone to OT.

There was something I saw yesterday that was pretty disturbing. Stuart Skinner’s wife came out & said some Oilers fans were sending death threats to him, her, and their kids. I’m all for making fun of him when he plays badly. And from an Oiler fan’s perspective I get being mad at that. But this is sick. Those people need to get some perspective. I wish there was a way to track people like this down. Even if they don’t mean it, they should go to jail for this.
