FW has a new beer out. Wookey Jack. my wench brought home a bomber of it for me the other day.

Golden Road's PTW is indeed one funky IPA. it's enjoyable after a long day at work. have you had their Hefeweizen yet? they also had a new release today. Hudson Porter. on tap only. I need to stop by for a pint soon.

We still have some Wookey Jack on tap at Tonys Darts Away. That stuff is bomb

The wife brought me home one of these on Friday. Enjoyed it yesterday during the Kings loss. I enjoyed this beer very much. The game...not so much.

Benny, do you work at Tony's? I may have met you. I know there's a skinny white dude that I've talked about the Kings in passing while I'm ordering a beer.

hey Benny I was looking for you at the 2nd anniversary thing.

Beerman: I was mostly working the door that day. Wish I could have met you.

Unholy: I am the AGM at Tony's. I'm the skinny white guy, now bearded. I'm usually wearing kings gear, but have had to stop because so many people want to chat that I cant get any work done. I'm usually never there for games though, because I'm a STH and I watch away games at home where I can concentrate. Stop in one day and say HI, I'm there mon, wed, thur, fri and sat from noon-6:30

Nice! I have met you before! You helped call me a cab on St Patricks day (thanks BTW, I was in no condition to drive). I know I've approached you in the past about putting the Kings games on the TV's there.

I was just there last night with a couple buddies. Had some Parabola, Black Xantus, and Piper Down. Did that in the wrong order as the Parabola wrecked my palate.

Port Brewing, always a worthy try..

Just had their Anniversary Ale, nice and smooth and definitely unfiltered. Reasonably priced at Total Beer and More..

Brooklyn East India Pale Ale. Not bad, but not great either. Kinda messy.

Stone Brewing coming to Pasadena? Haven't seen anything posted about this, but according to this article, they are planning on opening a tasting room on Raymond.

Had a bottle of Lost Abbey Deliverance Ale yesterday. Quite excellent. Like a slightly thinned out version of Older Viscosity. Quite boozy, too. It's aged in bourbon and brandy barrels and comes in at 12.5%. Don't remember the amount I paid for it but I remember it wasn't cheap. Delicious, though.

I am on my Lagunitas vacation. Cousin brought over a case of IPAs. Also went over there for lunch yesterday. Loved the Waldo 420 and the Barrel Aged Gnarly WINE.

I was able to check out Russian River brewery up north about 2 weeks ago and tried their 18 beer sampler along with some awesome pizza and dessert brownie. My favorites were the "Little White Lie" Belgian White and O.V.L. Stout. Other than that i picked up a bottle of possibly my favorite beer (Consecration), some glassware and a growler.

Nothing but complete jealousy..

For my fellow beer enthusiasts in the HB area, Total Beer and Spirits at beach and McFadden has a case of Pliny the Elder in the beer fridge. I don't think
they know what they have. I was there an hour ago and pilfered two, although they say limit is one. There were still over 20 left. Go get 'em peeps!

My mom got me a bottle of this Double bock. Really liked it. First Paulaner beer that I can say that about. Was a good warm up before I drank a Lagunitas IPA.

I would love to try that one!

its worthwhile to sample all the breweries out there if you ever do a distillery trip. If I was in LA I'd offer to take orders for you next time she's out. Maybe if I can sneak another LGK pickup game in I'll save a bottle or two for yah.
