(I couldnt find adgys "oh hell yeah" gif)

So I have a bottle of Prestige De Nuit ,that I bought as a birthday present for myself. I had a bottle a few years ago, that I felt was one of the best beers ever. I think it may be time to open this baby up. Now the question comes up...drink it alone or share it with friends?

I think beers such as these should always be shared. Beerman, you are always first on any beer needing to be shared. Well unless there was a really hot woman who likes beer, then I might forget all about you.

I had a chance to try this in, way among other places, Philippe's. it's pretty good and mellow. Philippe's serves other beers like Ranger IPA and Stella Artois, but the Blonde caught my attention better.

If you guys happen to come across Sierra Nevada The Dude on tap, grab a pint. Quite excellent. It's a blend of an imperial brown and Torpedo.

They were serving that at Staples during the playoffs.

Tried this last nig
ht and hated it. Pure crap. Stone is slipping. For 2 years now, their Old Guardian has been crap too. They've gotten too big.

Stone's Epic is okay. But Stone Brewery has become something else. The brewery itself has become a douchebag magnet too. Went earlier this year and wasnt really feeling it. Not what I made it out to be. Overpriced and far too crowded. The crowd wasn't laid back at all either. With that said, I still made the best of it and caught a hellacious buzz. Then I drove back home to LA. That was what I called a thrill ride. Screw Magic Mountain.

Had a Red Hook ESB last night. First one I had in years. Used to love this stuff in the 90's. Saw it at BevMo for $1.99 for the 22oz bottle and was happy to be reunited with an old friend. Some of Red Hook's brews haven't stood the test of time. This one does.
