Redhook, Widmer, and Kona are a whole lot of meh. They are all part of the Craft Brew Alliance - majority owned by Anheuser-Busch InBev. They have no business being on this list.
Lagunitas has their own distribution system, which might explain why. they seem to have a better understanding of the beer map than does, say.. Stone.
