Abrams' Post Dark Knight Trilogy?

Maybe Abrams is not so subtly campaigning for the follow-up sequel to the Nolan "Dark Knight" trilogy after Snyder inevitably messes up the Superman v. Batman movie. After all, he did throw in R2-D2 as an Easter egg in his first Star Trek movie only to then follow that up by using Star Wars sound effects in Into Darkness. Now he's directing Star Wars: Episode VII. Coincidence? I think not. :think:
