The sound quality on this is terrible, but according to the description, it's from the Angst in My Pants night of their 21x21 shows. I think this was an event they did where they played all 21 of their albums live in 21 nights (in England?). There was a guy who traveled to England to catch all 21 shows and wrote a book about the experience.
