OK so the company Super shuttle was suppost to go out of business on the 31st , so this morning the 30th my son's shuttle that had been booked over a month ago did not show up for the pickup , So when he called to find out where it was he was told that his ride had been cancelled by the company , when he tried to see if he could get another shuttle the person just hung up. He called back again and got another person who said they are out of business and again hung up on him.
So a $50 Uber ride got him to LAX on time and he had to report them to American Express to get his payment to Supershuttle refunded.
