The totally bizzare and WTF Thread....

Second investigator in probe of slain Texas deputy fired for misconduct

So....did he nail her too?

The office said it had fired Deputy M. DeLeon on Tuesday for being untruthful in the course of the investigation into the death of Harris County Sheriff's Deputy Darren Goforth.

In October, the Harris County Sheriff's office fired Sergeant Craig Clopton, a homicide investigator, after a receiving a report that he had sexual relations with a witness in the case.

Clopton had "consensual sexual relations" with the same woman who has claimed she had been in a sexual relationship with Goforth, court papers said.

If you've ever watched The First 48 on A&E enough times, then you should be familiar with Detective Clopton.

I was up there a few years ago when a foot washed up on Vancouver island. It is really weird. But as stated in the article the prevailing theory is that someone either jumps off a cliff or bridge into the ocean or gets swept out to sea ect ect.... Then when the body starts to decompose the hands and feet are the first to go, the hands and the rest of the body get nibbled by sea life or starts to further decompose and sink but the feet, still in the shoes, drift on due to the buoyancy of said shoes. Due to the many islands off the coast up in that region and currents that they cause some of the shoes wash ashore instead of drifting farther out to sea which would happen down here.

Still, pretty gross if you find one.
