***Vegas Golden Knights vs. LA Kings Finally the Last Preseason GDT 10/07/23 1:00pm on NHL Network & BSW***

Cam can’t handle a rebound and is sloooooooow to react.
The referees ignored the blatant hook on PLD, Vegas scores, refs give them the power play for PLD complaining and Vegas scores again.

All on the refs for flipping this game. It’s just preseason but what a joke.
 
What are the Kings doing? 3 penalties in like 5 minutes. This is absolute top tier priority to get fixed (stupid penalties).
 
I didn't see it. Was it Talbot's faults, did he suck, were these bad TEAM goals, or a combination thereof?
 
Kings are going to have to work harder to clear the front if they have any chance of competing this season. They are still a bit small so it will take effort to do so. It looked like there was a lot of standing around watching the play this afternoon. I'm going with Copley especially with what he did last season.

Blaming refs for an outcome is an immature response. Any team that puts itself in a position to be "screwed" officiating get exactly what they deserve.

Combo of all. Couple of great plays by Vegas once they decided to turn it up a notch. Couple of weak goals that Talbot should have saved. Couple of very misplaced rebounds.

It feels like a Todd problem at this point with how often it happens - but he's barely ever on the ice so maybe not. The 4 goals in the 1st and then the sad 2nd or 3rd (I was at the away Carolina game last year! the heckling, ohhh the heckling) is painful.
 
I got a ticket last minute and went and watched the game; sounds like coach agrees and will go with 6 defensemen instead of 7. 3rd period was really difficult to watch.


I met up with a friend after the game who is a season ticket holder who was able to get me into the meet and greet. He said it went way better than last year. I was loving it. Got to shake Kopi's hand and got to stand on the ice and take a picture with Brown's jersey banner. Talked with Nickson for a minute which was fun. I had never been to one of these before or tip-a-king so I had nothing to compare it to, but I left the building at 8pm on cloud 9.
