Can we assume blackouts will still apply in this potential deal? Will we only be able to see only local games?
 
Enough is enough with all these contract disputes with carriers and channels. Why hasn't the FCC stepped in to moderate and or make rules that support subscribers while they work out the disputes.

Doh, I know why, cuz America.
 
BTW, from what I've digested reading all these updates. The Kings and Bally's are on a separate course. Didn't Bally's and the Kings just agree (last week) to a deal?

I will still have Spectrum in the Palm Desert home, so I can use that to get Bally's So Cal, however, I heard from others that sometimes Bally's is terrible when you stream.

I’d been paying my octegenarian mom’s Spectrum bill and enjoying the login to Bally’s app on Roku here in AZ. That goes away because she unfortunately broke her femur two weeks ago and she’ll be in skilled-care for at least two months. On top of that, the people she was renting a garage apartment from are selling their house and evicting her is part of that process. She likely won’t be able to live alone going forward, anyhow.

I prefered watching Kings hockey on Bally’s because more often than not there were no actual commercials. Seeing the same five annoying/dumb commercials during every break on ESPN+ was driving me insane.
 
So what the f***? Is it on Amazon or not?

About to fire Directv and give my money to Google, just need to know I have a channel for Kings hockey that isn’t their f***ed up app.

Who knows? I am going to sign up for Directv Stream for the free five-day trial in So Cal, I will then try it when I go back east a couple days later. I was told to use a different email address. Maybe that was to get the free trial since I am already a subscriber to their satellite service. I was also told, I would get my same So Cal programming when I'm back east, by using that same email address when I sign into the TV's there. I have serious doubts. FYI, I have been using the Spectrum App for ESPN on my phone and then mirroring to my TV for the football games, since Directv and Disney are going through a tiff. My Spectrum app on my Samsung TV sucks, it stops and buffers so that is why I use the phone. I'm over all this crap, bring back "ON TV or Z Channel."

Very frustrating to say the least!

Again, just to keep it relevant so to speak... I am not re-upping w Ballys!!!!!

You'll probably need to VPN to Los Angeles to be able to use it back east. I have to VPN back to midwest to use ESPN in market
They're very silly about it all.
 
All I know is I'm glad I'm a pirate argh because this sh*t all sounds confusing. I didn't mind paying $120 or whatever a year for NHL.TV to have every game but they stopped that awhile ago.

They suck. They will not get my money. All I asked was to provide what I paid for. They didn't come thru. I can't believe they nother having customer service as the person said they are working on it and that they could not give credit. The. He asked if there was anything else he csn do....! YOU DIDNT DO ANYTHING BUT TAKE MY MONEY!!!!!
