All Things:Animated

I don't really care for the design myself, but it's the story that matters. Like I said...crosses fingers. At least I know Wreck-It-Ralph is gonna be fun.

Let me rephrase... when I say "looks awful" I'm not talking about the visual elements... I'm talking about a story where Santa Claus, Jack Frost, The Sandman, The Tooth Fairy and The Easter Bunny are a bunch of super heroes with a secret base that fight some ultra villain.

It just sounds, looks, seems, feels like it's going to be utterly terrible in every conceivable way.

Oh ye of little faith.

see, I don't know what the merits of this award are. Is it a 'best picture' for animated flicks or is it basically a technical award that rewards the art of the film. I would hope it was the latter, in which case I would like to see one of the stop motion choices get the love.do agree that it seems that every animated offering is up for nomination. Kinda dilutes the pool.
