and I was strangely intoxicated by these previews. I taped the first episode but haven't watched yet. I'm 2 behind on Lodge 49 [AMC] and need to finish first. PS Lodger 49 is great. Not much action or much in the way of anything ridiculous happening, but I am emotionally attached to almost every character in some way. and BRUCE F'N CAMPBELL

First episode was good. Very Aussie. And I'm not sure how folks are gonna take to it. For those with accent issues, put the subtitles on. The half hour drama idea only adds to the foreign nature of this.

I had nothing better to do and watched the first two episodes on my lunch break (both were on fx' site). I enjoyed it. That guy is strangely likeable. At 27 ish minute episodes it should be real easy to get through.

I'm trying really hard to stick with it, but I'm struggling. Just doesn't grab me like SOA did.

Again I didn't watch Murder House so I'm assuming that last episode was basically a full re-visit. So he's the anti-christ. Let's see where this goes.

I'm liking Mr InBetween, too. the show is indeed intoxicating. I'm bummed that it's a short season of just 6 episodes. I can't wait for the next season. the last episodes were fantastically well done.

What We Do in the Shadows is off to a great start. Granted, Taika Waititi directed the pilot, but still. Almost works better as a 1/2 hour format. Well written and cast. Eminently re-watchable. Again, one episode...but still.
 
Please tell me you guys are watching What We Do In The Shadows...

See, I am watching the show, but haven't watched the movie. :p

I didn't know what to expect since it looked silly and it is, but in a good way. 30 minutes an episode works well since it makes it feel punchier and zany.

Hmmm. Maybe, I'll watch tonight's episode right now. ;)
