All Things:NETFLIX

Want to start watching...but I am not a big Cillian Murphy fan. Will this be a problem?

I was never the biggest fan of his either, but he's fantastic on this show. At least give it a try...it's a wonderful show.

I always thought that Cillian Murphy had a weird face (not that I am one to talk, haha), but I liked him in Red Eye, Batman Begins and Peaky Blinders (which I keep seeing as Pesky Binders, lol). I guess what those roles have in common is that Murphy plays a bad man who looks like a bad man, but is able to come across as charming when necessary (I wish I had that skill).

And I am not even going to tell you how much I love the music in Peaky Blinders. :punk:

Just got turned on to Peaky Blinders this weekend. All my other shows, except for the British version of House of Cards, are now on hold.

I wasn't a Cillian Murphy fan either. Until Peaky Blinders. Now I'm a Cillian Murphy fan. And I know you want to see Tom Hardy as a Cockney Orthodox Jew psycho gangster. And the wonderful performance by Sam Neil as a sadistic cop. In love.

You're missing out on what is, in my opinion, the best show currently on TV (Does BBC and Netflix count as "on TV")? In any case, on TV or not, it's fantastic. I'm counting the days until season 3.

Thems bold words. I have to wonder...do you watch Rectify/Leftovers/the Americans????

Well, for whatever reason I couldn't get into Rectify, even though I tried, and the Americans got really goofy and totally unrealistic IMHO, so I stopped watching. I still really like The Leftovers. But Peaky Blinders is my favorite.
