Though the movie already came out in Canada earlier this year, it will see a U.S. release date of September 1st in theaters and VOD. The ‘Gremlins 3’ Script Is Finished And It Has An Extremely Dark Twist

To me, the Gremlins movies are perfection. The first is a cherished Christmastime flick, and the second is just soooo bat**** crazy it stands alone as a truly inspired work of art. Any sequel will fail. Plain and simple. That window has passed. A motion capture Gizmo voiced by Ray Romano is no doubt bound to replace the MAGICAL effects of the others. And without that, any charm will go too. Please put this on the Highlander/Crow wheel of sequels that never get made. Do the right thing.

This movie never struck me as a comedy. It just made me sad. A dim guy, searching for love and acceptance has to get punched to earn it.

It is still a good movie that I liked it just didn't make me laugh...am I alone on this one? Maybe, but I'll probably watch goon 2 the search for more ice time (or whateves).
