One question...during the transport from England to America...which I would imagine had to take weeks? a month? How has there not been a full moon to exacerbate Ethan/Talbot's condition????

Really like the Talbot revelation. Nice touch.
And Brian Cox is going to play his dad...are you kidding me with this show????? That's just sick.

Renfield is pretty over the top. Nice. I did not see the Dr. Sweet reveal coming. Wow. And...can we please get some more heaping tragedy for the creature? Jeez ow man.

Now, Gansa is getting more specific. According to EW Rupert Friend will be returning as a series regular. Gansa hinted that there will be big changes for Quinn, especially emotionally. “How Peter Quinn’s character is gonna be dramatized this year is going to surprise people, and it may not be what you think.” As for a potential romance between Carrie and Quinn, “because they’re both very damaged people and I think that they have a similar attraction to high voltage, high adrenaline situations that tend to have an incredible benefit but more likely to have a very catastrophic end.”

Quinn very quickly became the best thing about this show. I am terribly happy that they are going to explore this avenue. You rarely see the after affects of 'heroism' on tv. I hope they do it justice.
 
Seriously debating if I start waiting and binge watching Penny Dreadful. I'm on the edge of my seat and it's really hard having to wait a week. This season is killing it.

Funny you should mention that. I decided to actually weekly watch this season. I stopped at the 'bottle' episode in the hypnosis asylum(which, btw...was f'n spectacular) to let a few build back up.

Well, with the lovely and talented Mr. Lyle headed to the tomb of Imhotep, I think we know what we can expect in season 4.

And just how deep is the talent pool on this show. Brian Cox...man, that's good stuff.

Lily needs to escape and just royally **** up Victor and Dorian. Their "we're going to turn you into a real woman" bull**** is just going to p*ss her off and I wouldn't want to p*ss her off.

I can't believe it's almost over! This season has been pretty uneven but I've really loved it. I'm excited for the gang to get back together and hopefully go on a mummy-filled adventure in Egypt next season.
