Six seasons and a movie!

On Chicago PD, why does anyone put up with that nasty harridan behind the counter?
 
SHIELD has been easier to watch lately, thanks to Bill Paxton and Jamie Alexander, but I don't know it'll stay that way.

I'm really hoping that whenever this season ends and the next season starts, they have someone else come in to steer it, or at least try to re-think the formula a bit. There are some decent, likable characters that I think are worth hanging on to.



As for Black Sails, Randall is clearly faking his dementia and is a ****in' genius.

Also, I hope season 2 has a lot more of the battle at sea type stuff, because all of that **** was awesome in S1.
 
Back on Chicago PD, did they really just make one of the cops a die-hard Blue Jackets fan? Talk about straining credibility. Also, the guy would be taking crap from his coworkers in every scene.

I think I'll go to the 2nd to last Shield Agents now and see if it really is any better.

LOL! Yeah, apparently Ruzek is a die hard Jackets fan and he made Burgess dress up as one to go undercover.

Speaking of hockey related things, I thought it was cool when the Blackhawks (Seabrook and Keith) were on Chicago Fire to promote the outdoor game at Soldier Field. And also in Season 1, they had Lord Stanley in one of the episodes too. Pretty cool stuff.
 
Wasn't sure I was loving season 2 of Bates Motel...till that great revelation about Dylan's father. Welcome back, my weekly dose of what the f_ _kedness!!!!!
 
Hey, Vane and Blackbeard are in AC IV. I think there is a Rackham too.

Going back to television characters having peculiar taste in NHL teams, Robin just threatened to become a Hacks fan. Then again, that would be a step up from being a Canuck fan.

Since nobody else will take it up...yes. Yes. YES. You were right about Hannibal. It's tremendous. I cannot see it extending past the point(presumably the end of this season) where Hannibal finally gets caught...but it really is unique. The food prep/violence is R rated stuff and it's amazing the content they get away with. And SPOILERS


Hannibal better NOT kill the Asian gal...I really like her. Matter of fact, the whole cast is terrific. Just a really compelling watch.

From Dusk Til Dawn is actually pretty good. Gets a little clunky at times due to it mirroring the opening half of the first movie, but the expanded mythos and tweaking of the characters has made it a pleasant surprise.

Finished Banshee season 2. Disappointing first 40 minutes where nothing of consequence happened to anyone you didn't expect it to, but they made up for it by having a strong last 10 minutes(poor Emmett). It's junk food tv, but that's ok sometimes.

They are relaunching it… just where nobody will see it.

Oh well, I'm probably actually going to watch the run out. The Sevigny character is extremely troubled. It's one of the things I find interesting about the show, but it also makes it a hard sell, probably. It's likely all the 10 episodes to air are already finished, so they could also be just putrid. I guess I'll find out.

Does this mean (James Wong + FX) > (Glen Morgan + A&E)?

I'm constantly amazed at the **** they get away with.

It's so much better than Dexter it makes me angry.
 
PSA from the East Coast: Vikings is Gooooooood, good tonight. Best episode to date...bar none. WATCH IT!
