INXS’s Guitarist Says He Misses The Days When Sexual Harassment ‘Was Taken As A Compliment’

Why Every Man Needs To Answer For The Sex Abuse Scourge
http://uproxx.com/life/movie-industry-sexual-harassment/

See, now this is bull****. We all need to be held accountable because a large group of people used their power and privilege to coerce women into sex and worse. BULL****. I have never had power and even if I had, it's not in my nature to be a predator. This is the kind of 2017 thinking that just rankles. As a white male, I am already on the hook for slavery, the Indians and countless other man on man crimes. I am NOT taking the blame for creepy ass pervs who have no respect for women. That is simply too large a burden to bear. Now, his point about how we ALL need to rethink the way we view others is reasonable...but for ****s sake...he just takes it too far.

Warren Moon sued for sexual harassment.

I saw this guy literally chasing after 2 very young ladies in the Forum parking lot after a Laker game. He was walking and talking to them when some people recognized him, called out, "Moooooon!" and swarmed him asking for autographs. He yelled and pleaded for the girls to wait for him, but they were laughing and just kept walking away. It was obvious he was trying to pick up on them while they weren't interested. He signed some autographs, then said he had to go and he started running. A grown, married, famous man in a suit running through a parking lot after 2 girls who looked about 16-18 years old. Classy!

Franken quits amid sexual misconduct allegations

‘I'm (not) good enough, I'm (not) smart enough, and dog gone it people like(d) me.’

What a tremendous disappointment. And no, you don't get to slam Trump on the way out(as much as it pains me) you hypocrite. You were supposed to be better, instead you are just more of the same. This behavior, moreso for me, more than any of the others...is a betrayal.

I was hoping that the old stuff was misplaced "comedy", but it seems he's been an average, everyday, street level creeper all along. I was a fan and I believe he had the best intentions with his politics. This is a such a sad disappointment.

Celebrity Chef Mario Batali Has Been Accused Of Sexual Misconduct By At Least Four Women

Anthony Bourdain feels 'guilty as f--k' over Mario Batali: 'I’ve been sitting on stories that were not mine to tell'
https://www.aol.com/article/enterta...-stories-that-were-not-mine-to-tell/23303603/

Bourdain is a ****ing hypocrite of the first order. Spurred by his relationship with Asia Argento, who claims to have been victimized by Harvey Weinstein, Bourdain has been shouting from the rooftops at folks like Quentin Tarentino, who may or may not have overlooked Harvey's crimes. Going on and on about people who don't say anything when they know what's going on. The guy has long been a bully and a blowhard, and now...he is guilty of looking the other way. **** you Bourdain. Seriously.

Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age) kicks camera (sort of connected to a woman's face) at Kroq's concert last night - then says: I was a dick. *sigh*

side note: Tony also clowned his boy Josh via twitter. With friends like these, eh Tony?

Not upset about Mr. Bourdain's views because I think we all have friends that shall we say: run with the hunted. And we still love them warts and all but as their friends we get to call them out on their nonsense.

Yeah, disappointed in Homme...

But how can you be ok with a guy that goes on and on about QT not saying anything about Weinstein, and then admitting he KNEW about Battali and did NOTHING? The guy has long been a bully and holds others to a standard that he himself refuses? I get if you like the guy, but still it's indefensible.

"It’s where you stand when the people you care about and admire do awful things that matters," Bourdain tweeted. "Keeping head down and hoping it goes away? No."

Fair point. It's absolutely hypocritical to call someone out and then shield your friends from the same accountability. But realistically it's difficult for me to be angry over someone who's friends with a jerk. The blame is squarely on the jerks shoulders. I'm typing from more of a personal responsibility standpoint. Tony still has to look at himself in the mirror and if he's cool with standing idly by while your friends are being pigs...that's your cross to bear.

This reminds me of a quote I read in "Rant"*- "Some people are just born human. The rest of us, we take a lifetime to get there."

*awesome book by the way!!
