A+ presentation. It was one of the best I've seen from the Kings. I can't imagine it could've been executed better.

I miss David Courtney. His Stanley Cup introduction gives me chills, but his "Los Angeles Goal........." call is still the best.

Shades of Herb Brooks ("The name on the front is a hellava lot more important than the one on the back"). The banners quote from Brown summed up his entire career in one beautiful sentence. As for the other comments about David Courtney, I certainly miss him too. The sad irony was that the Kings cup clinching game in 2012 was his last hockey game (because of the lockout the following season). While he worked Angel games that summer and Clipper games that fall, his last line as a Kings PA was: "Ladies and gentlemen, the Stanley Cup". No further words necessary.
Agreed. I have no idea why this PA Announcer needs to yell it instead. "L...A... Kings... GOAL!!!!!!!" like why?
