Cam looked great all game, he doesn't look too confident in the shootout however.

Not even worried about the OT or SO, Kings last 40 min was a buzzkill and disappointing.

Don’t expect to dominate 60 min, but the Kings got outworked which can’t happen against the Edmonton specialists.

You’d think after 7 straight years the Kings would understand you can’t beat the Oilers/McDavid if you take stupid penalties. Oilers scored on the PP and 4 on 4 tonight. Shocking.

I know he had a slow start this season. His point totals for his seasons leads me to believe others have a hard time defending him also! Just sayn’

With all the retooling the Kings have done in the summer to counter the Oilers in the playoffs, they have not in my opinion improved against them. If the team plays the Oilers in the playoffs I am not sure they'll prevail.

I thought the main reason for bring PLD on board was so the Kings could compete and beat the Oliers. From the looks of it. It is a great failure. PLD has zero impact on this team.

I thought QB was overall the best forward for the Kings tonight. His size, speed and effort gave the Oilers as much trouble as anyone on the Kings. Tonight and the Vegas game were the first time all season where QB got more than 17:00 of ice time in consecutive games.

Kings are going to look back at the very end of the regular season and wish they had taken all 8 points away from the Oilers.

Don’t overreact Kings are are at 97% makings the playoffs after this game Oilers are still only 43 % they need to climb over a lot of teams. Oilers need to be 14 games over 500 to make it in historically they are 2. Any losing streak or a winning opposing team streak above them they are toast. I revel in the possibility they do not get in
