I would expect that. The kings couldn't make a second pass to save their souls. If it went to their skates they kicked it too far... if it went to their stick they failed to corral it. Even so they had multiple grade A chances. Breakaways and open looks. It could have easily been a Kings win 5-2, even with poor passing. These game happen.

Forgot what it's like to have a stinker. Time to get back to work boys.

Total snooze fest. The Flames crowded us all night and it seemed to completely disrupt our flow. Markstrom was solid, but so was Korpisalo. We just didn't have the consistent extended pressure except for a few times, and our team D was lacking, which affected our ability to break out and have that extended pressure. First no-point game in a long time, so let's hope for a quick turn around, as Thursday is a pivotal game with daddy/son implications.
