The boys have done a good job this year.

Hiller should have kept riding Kuemper but he got greedy.

Regardless 1 goal ain't enough.

Keep the faith and let them regroup.
 
I thought Pittsburgh wasn’t supposed to be good. I guess as long as they have Crosby & Malkin they can do damage. Still it was more us then them. We weren’t good at all this game. I don’t know what’s going on, if they’re mentally drained right now. But they need to get going. Especially the Danault-Moore-Fiala line. They’ve been nowhere for a long time. And I would start riding Kuemper. Hopefully they’ll do better next game.

Pittsburgh is not good, they just look good against the Kings, just like the Sharks.
 
As much as I love to watch Kings hockey, I turned off the game after the 1st. It has been a long while since I have done that. Like Kopitar would say, "obviously," the Kings were not ready to play. One regulation win in the last six won't get it done. At least they will have an easier contest on Wednesday 🤪

Back home after another grueling road trip ... rest, relax, work on that gawd awful PP and lets get some Ws !

I'll be honest the drive back through the polar vortex from Detroit to Chicago combined with the CFB blowout and that blowout led to lots of naps in front of the TV. I know Luc and Co wanted to do right by LA but too much ceremony never works in this clubs favor. I think the last time they won when they did a thing was on Dustin Brown night (also against the penguins) and that one had to be rearranged and condensed because there was a thunderstorm outside for the scheduled unveiling of the statue.

In any case lets hope the January doldrums just haven't taken hold, they're hard to shake.
