I don't know if the bean bag hit him in the face. But the news did say he had a facial injury after they pulled him out.

We need to start the all police pursuits channel....nothing but 24/7 pursuits from all over the world. In the event there happens to be no pursuits...run old reruns of COPS.

R.B.P.D. had him bottled up at the corner of P.V. Blvd and P.C.H., but I had to get to the hospital. How did it end???
 
I watched the news after I got home from PT. Redondo Beach pitted him (interesting because when I left for PT LASO told everyone to back off and their airship was following him only) Then it turned into a standoff. LASO brought the bearcat and they threatened to send the dogs in. Suspect man then gave up.......
