Kings have played one bad period in every game and are even 2-2. Need to play 60

It's been our poison all year. Play lights out for 20, skate around the rest. Weird opposite start to this series. Kings still haven't strung 60 together, tho IDK if the Oil have either.

Cranky thoughts is Copley should have started series - tho he was huge games 1-3 at points. Korpi should have been pulled after the 2nd. Sure worked for Oil. 5 goals. Ugh. He's gettin sniped on.

Kings hung around all series long. Now they have Fiala. He is a difference maker. Kings just need to watch the first period of that game over and over. Just how many times andin how many different ways can you say stop taking dumb penalties. I blame Edler and Kempe. Even though they killed the Kempe one- it sucked out the momentum and made them sit back instead of charging that OT.

Don’t think this has to be one of those series changing comebacks. The kings re settled. We’ve given them confusion about who to start and frankly neither option is that good. I’d just be a whole lot more confident if Korpisalo didn’t appear to lose his game there a bit.

I started the game with a large Vanilla Coke. On Arvidssons goal I jumped up and kicked the entire thing over the living room/wife. She won’t be thrilled when she wakes up and realizes they didn’t even win.

Korpi was out playing Skinner by all measures in this series even admitted by the East Coast bias broadcasting team. In the second tonight the Kings just decided to stop playing hockey and in many cases left them out to dry. Should we make a change yeah I agree with most here but to move to Copley for the sake of making a change. I frankly welcome playing Campbell in next game if that’s what the Oilers wanna do cause he’s gonna have to think about it tonight he came in on the spur of the moment all hyped up all jacked up we can beat him in the next game if they decide to start him.

Not that I Disagree on the refs…… when are up 3-0 after 20….. have to hold that lead. It dissipated. Then it’s 4-3 until 3 minutes left. That tying goal kills me. 33 had multiple grade A chances to add the insurance. Not his fault
But they had their chances.
Despite the heartbreak tonight this team is more than capable of winning this series.

I hate the blaming refs narrative for winning or losing games, but there were some real head scratchers that didn't go our way tonight. The Fiala call was BS, and McPowerplay should have had a trip on Doughty when he stole that puck from him.
Most importantly, I hope this loss stung and pissed them off. I'd love to go back to Homer Town and shut their fans up with a win. These losses need to forge the necessity of playing 60mins into these young players.
