***Seattle Kraken vs. LA Kings GDT 11/29/22 7:30pm on BSW***

I just don’t get it! Kopitar, Kempe and Doughty are terrible at 3-3 hockey, it showed as late as against Ottawa. But McLellan is simply unable to change things that are broken so he just keeps on playing them in overtime. If the coach can’t fix things, maybe it’s time for the GM to do so…

That was the slowest, most non threat waste of attack ever...same lines, same OT results

I think he's at the "F it" stage.

Too many men in OT? great coaching. COACH GOTTA GO. SAY IT WITH ME, COACH GOTTA GO!

Honestly Kempe needs to get his ass off the ice, he glided from the top of the circle in the offensive zone when the play was at the other end. Lazy **** from a guy with a new contract

absolutely embarrassing performance. they didn't even deserve the loser point tonight. pathetic.

A collision between Kopitar and Doughty in the offensive zone during OT results in a turnover… such a perfect illustration of TM’s bad judgment in OT.

The D from Mickey Anderson aside, is a **** show. This is just another example of a systematic failure, top to bottom. Fiala, Danault, Moore and the like can only do so much to carry the load. But come on. 9 goals to anyone let alone the Kraken is an absolute embarrassment.

Doughty and Kopi colliding
Cal never knowing where the puck is
A too many men penalty with literally no men on the ice.

It is one thing if this was 1985, where you expect a lot of goals, but those players still worked and it was a different game. This is unacceptable. Furious.

TM certainly not happy and is probably thinking, hey Blake give some defensive players I can actually work with. I know they wanted more offensive approach from the D but not to sacrifice any defensive mindset. 9 goals on 30 shots? DD not going anywhere, Mikey probably the only dependable defensemen everyone else expendable and need an upgrade

You know, I am starting to wonder if Blake is actually going for a Bedard tank job.

I haven't joined into the jump on McClellan bus yet, but his post game presser was pretty tone deaf. Talked about looking at tape and analyzing the breakdowns.

He needs to be furious and chewing asses. Uh, everything to do with defense is utterly broken.

And starting that trio in OT after the last game, them getting hung out on a long shift, then a penalty trying to change them is 100% on him.

Amazing in a 9-8 game I am pissed off about the overtime incompetence. Five losses when a few years ago this was a team strength

im not one to put much credence in chewing guys out publicly. Im sure the team knows what they were and were not doing out there. And im not yet ready to call for Tmac's head, but this team has got to figure out how get some sort of consistency. We've seen them be effective with their structure, but the problem is they cant seem to do it for more than 2 periods at a time, and often they dont seem prepared mentally to start a lot of these games. With that said, i am fully on board with the "wtf is he doing crew" when it comes to doughty/kopi/kempe. Kopi and Drew especially just are not it. Those two thrive on positioning and a slower pace. And neither Drew nor Kopitar are guys that can keep up with faster players in open ice. That decision is definitely baffling.

also, FWIW, the Kraken let in 8 goals too. And the Kings had a couple posts just in teh 3rd as well. I suspect their coach will be having a very similar conversation with that team tomorrow.
