Superman v Batman/DC movies

Wow. That's a dense and deeply convoluted argument. Sooooooooooo since funny books are basically a juvenile medium, they need to stay in that restriction? It's ok that Nolan's trilogy pushed the envelope of excess because they were stripped of all the basic elements of what makes a comic book? Somewhere in this, there may be a valid point. It just seems that NOBODY has any idea how Deadpool's r-rated success is going to effect the superhero movie going forward, so everyone is jumping to declare some bold prediction. Look, I'm not sure we NEED an R-Rated supercut...but I would imagine the blu/dvd is also going to include the theatrical cut as well. With the home market getting killed, you have to bring something different to get the folks to plunk down for a physical copy. So if DC wants to add some deleted scenes and up the violence level...what difference does it make. It won't effect box office in any way. Relax everyone.
Besides, around the time of TDKR comic books became the property of adults. This has continued to this day. Kids aren't hanging out at the comic book store buying 5 dollar monthlies. Jayzus...relax people. There will be an overcorrection, then a glut, then some studio will get Jon Carter'ed and it will go back to safe choices. Nothing to see here.

Word of mouth very very strong...gonna have to be to get over the unfair bias against Snyder/MoS. Looking at tickets, there are a lot of seats left at different showings...we shall see.

My wife and youngest daughter have no desire to see while my oldest daughter and I do want to see it. We will see it on Saturday. Word of mouth has it as the gauntlet that DC is laying down on Marvel.
