No, seriously. My guess is the FO is waiting to get the band back together next season and let the P's cook again. That will bump Pec's value, and then sell him next summer?

Nah we wait till winter after we win MLS Cup again next year. :)

Question: How are Berry and Ramirez MLS strikers?! On top of that, how did the G’s end up with both of them?!?! SMH.

Thankfully they won’t be here next season.

and Pec suspended for Seattle game due to yellow card accumulation. Yay.

USMNT - just so blah.
 
Should we start to wrap our heads around the fact that USMNT wont make it out of their group.

When will Poch play our best 11?!?!? Why keep giving "mid" or bench players starting time?
We are running out of time to gel a team.

Then again, I'm not sure if the best 11 are built of the "right stuff".

Is it the players?
Is it the coach?

I honestly don't know.

What I do know is on paper, we cannot be this bad.

Maybe he knows something about the normal starters we don't (or we do :) )

A lot will depend on who else is in a group with them. But right now I wouldn't put money on them advancing. You never know when it comes time to play though. But don't see this group having the "stuff" to play above their heads like some of the teams of years past.

It's on the front page of FIFA. It's a pop-up splash screen that will take you directly to the waiting room.

Update: I was in the waiting room for about and hour and a half.
I entered the draw, and the site did not crash like it has done for most people.

Crossing fingers to get picked.


Meanwhile reality says, even if you get picked either no tickets will be available or it will be priced out.
FIFA is the devil. Dynamic pricing is the Devil.

Ah found it. Yes now I'm in the waiting to load stage...

If you get picked and I don't, and wanted to get 2 extra for the first US home game for me plus a commission I wouldn't mind.... :)

I'm sure those "tickets starting at $60" will be readily available....

I don't know how the ticket "picking" process will go.
It only asks for locations (I picked LA and Bay Area), then it asks what rounds you are interested in (i picked all).

I guess "if" you get picked for the draw and you get a date and time to possibly purchase tix after Oct 1....then you can see what is available?

Who knows?

Probably something like that. I wanted to do LA, but also wanted to see if I could choose any US games as well.

Just got my clock timer started: 55 min 42 seconds...

  • On Tuesday night, we finally saw some evidence of evolution. Pochettino seemed to adapt based on persistent issues with his base 4-2-3-1 — which he had used in all 11 games to date in 2025 — to a 3-4-2-1. By dropping a player from the attacking line beneath his striker and introducing a third center back, his team was able to play with more decisiveness in transition and more downhill intentionality.
  • Max Arfsten, who normally plays a more attacking wing-back role with the Crew and is less natural in a back four as a true fullback, was freed up by the back three and in a more natural role and looked more comfortable
  • Wingbacks allows the attacking wingers (Pulisic/Weah/Zendejas) to tuck further inside, supplementing their natural goal-scoring tendencies rather than forcing them to play wide - this also benefits Tillman, Luna, and Reyna.
  • Biggest question is how a midfield two, rather than three, will hold up under extended pressure. Also raises concerns regarding utilizing the best players in the pool, as there are a glut of midfielders, and fewer wingbacks and CBs.


Maybe Poch is starting to change the recipe.
