The Avengers/Marvel movies

Oh, but surely, Sony CAN make a good Spidey movie, right?

The Powers that be at the MCU can strike a deal with the DCU. Supes can star in the next 2 Avengers movies, and Disney will help Warners make two good DC movies and fix them like they did with Spidey. mhihi: :manybeers: ;)

Spider-Verse might be the best Spidey movie ever, and, if not, Raimi's Spider-Man 2 could be the best superhero movie; so Sony *can* do it. Really, their two biggest mis-steps were the rushed reboot Spidey 2 and Raimi's Spider-Man 3. Did not see Venom, so I can't comment on that.

In any case, the real losers are the fans, because Spider-Man belongs with Marvel, so hopefully this new development doesn't sever Spidey from the MCU again.
 
Don't care bout the boring ass MCU anymore. I haven't since like Civil War sucked so bad. It's time for Spidey to hook up with Venom and take down Kletus. Also it's time to keep rehashing teenage Parker. Has there even been a movie with him as an adult yet? That was the time I actually started reading comics. Spiderverse maybe? I fell asleep... That's what old people do. They fall asleep.

Forgive me...I have NO doubt this kid could pull it off, he is an actual actor and all. Lot's of natural charisma...but he is simply too pretty. Originally...someone wanted Bob Hoskins. And, to be honest, that's what Logan is supposed to look like. And feel like. Lived in. Chompin on a stogie. A runt. Not people magazine sexiest man of the year stuff. Like I said. I like the kid, so I don't doubt him. Just his ability to be less sparkly.

As for which character Bale might be playing, Beta Ray Bill is a possibility. The character may feature Bale's natural Australian accent and would not require the high-profile actor to spend much time on set. As is done with Rocket Raccoon, one actor can perform motion capture elements for the role during production with Bale coming in later to lay down the voice over. Nothing is known for sure, just yet.
