Anybody watch Daredevil S2 yet? I have 2 or 3 episodes left.

I just finished it last night. I just have to say Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle was seriously the most perfect casting. The Punisher was sooooo awesome and I wanted more of him. Elektra was amazing as well. Matt was kind of annoying me this season.
It was entertaining as hell and the fight scenes continue to be unreal. It wasn't PERFECT and I definitely have some issues with this season, but overall, I really enjoyed it.

You're missing out! Both are fantastic...especially Jessica Jones.

Agree here at least on DD. I loved season one. Regarding JJ I am not so sure. I watched one episode and really didn't like it all that much. The other issue I have is that it is shot so dark I sometimes have a lot of trouble making out what it is happening on my iPad/computer screen. Anyone else have this issue? I have to admit, though, I am not going to give up on JJ and will watch a couple more episodes.

Really looking forward to The Punisher and will be getting on that very soon. DD is definitely a binge watch show. I can usually power through 3 or 4 episodes.

Daredevil is SUPER dark. I have to watch with all of the lights off, otherwise I can't see anything. I thought Jessica Jones was a little easier to watch. That's just a fantastic show that handled some DARK subject matter and it did it really well. I can't recommend it enough.

Daredevil is super bingeable. I watched Season 2 in two days and it was perfect.

I thought Jessica Jones hit a bit of a lull near the end of the season, but it's still my favorite thing from Marvel Studios so far.

Haven't started DD season 2 yet.

Second on Jessica Jones.

Maybe the best thing Marvel Studios has put together to date.
I will give Jessica some more time.

I watched first two episodes of Daredevil after the Kings were done in Nasville. They have stepped their game up in a major way this season. Bernthal is just great as Punisher, what little you get to see but the episodes are way more polished then season 1. You have got to start watching jd - well worth it!

It was tough to follow up on the episode where Jessica and The Purple Man play house - that was so damn good. Tim Burton dreams of being able to get an audience to empathize with a villain like that.

Problem was that at that point Kilgrave became so much more interesting than Jones, and the finale seems like organically it could have happened an episode or two sooner.

Fisk and Kilgrave are just fantastic villains. I am two episodes deep into s2, and am looking forward to The Hand's introduction. Very curious to see how soon they start to shift to Shadowland - season 3 seems too soon, but will this show go to 4?

This. And Vincent D'Onofrio was very, very good as Fisk.

Alright, finished DD2 last night. Some non-spoilery thoughts:

-Jon Bernthal ****ing killed it. Punisher has been my favorite comic book character since I was old enough to start buying comics with my own money with my allowance and it is really something to finally see him done right without any caveats about the rest of the story. I thought Tom Jane and Ray Stevenson were both good as Punisher, but the movies sucked for various reasons. No such problems here. There were maybe one or two minor quibbles I'd have, but... ****ing finally.

-Elektra is another favorite of mine. Probably my favorite female comic book character every since I first read Frank Miller & Bill Sienkiewicz's Elektra: Assassin (which is still my favorite mini-series ever). The Elektra of this show is very different from that of the comics. She has a completely different backstory/origin and she's way more talkative, but she still feels right. Mostly, I think, because they really ended up nailing the relationship between her and Daredevil and because towards the end, she was acting a lot like the comic version of the character. All that aside, she was my favorite thing about this season, easy. I'm a sucker for an attractive woman stabbing people and slitting their throats. Very excited to see what they do with her in season 3.

-Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson as Karen and Foggy are fantastic. The whole cast, really. All doing great work.

-The fight choreography continues to impress. Punisher's big fight in the prison just about got me to stand up and cheer.

-Really dig the theme music.

-Overall, I really enjoyed this season. The last 3 or 4 episodes were especially good. Already eager to start S3. Wonder if they'll do Born Again, or if they're still saving that. I have a feeling that the next time DD and Fisk bump heads, it'll be that story.

me when i just realized that DD is 13 episodes not 10.

I think it’s a safe bet that any and all comic book superheroes and supervillains are under consideration for possible adaptation. With that in mind, the rumor that a Captain Britain TV series might be underway is not exactly far-fetched. The news comes by way of Ciara McAvoy, an award-winning movie poster artist whose work includes Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith, X-Men: First Class, and Victor Frankenstein. She teased the “upcoming tv series” featuring Captain Britain, but didn’t elaborate any further.

For those who aren’t familiar with Marvel’s Captain Britain, the Marvel superhero is a creation of Chris Claremont and Herb Trimpe, first appearing in “Captain Britain Weekly #1″ in 1976. Originally intended to be Captain America’s British equivalent, Captain Britain gained his powers thanks to the magical abilities of Merlyn. Like many Marvel heroes, Captain Britain started out as a young, introverted yet studious boy who was eventually orphaned. The rest of his origin, however, is quite different, and could make for a more unique television series than what’s currently being offered.
