I have been checking out a lot of webcomics lately. I have enjoyed a series called Skin Horse www.skin-horse.com by the artist who created Narbonic.
I talking with her I was able to purchase a bit of her artwork which I scanned to my gallery yesterday.

‘Lobo’ Screenwriter Jason Fuchs Teases Comic Book Influence

Now Fuchs is hard at work on the new Lobo property, and he’s turning to some of the character’s classic comic arcs for inspiration. In a new instagram post, Fuchs highlights the Lobo: Portrait of a Bastich collection, which features two of Lobo’s miniseries comic runs from the ’90s — The Last Czarnian and Lobo’s Back. It’s a reference point that should make fans happy; especially those who hoped that the post-Deadpool timing of Warner Bros. sudden renewed interest in the character might point towards the R-rating befitting a twisted, hedonistic alien mercenary whose name means “he who devours your entrails and thoroughly enjoys it.”

Luckily this has been on and off as a property for years. Nobody had any idea how to be true to a brutally savage character until Deadpool showed it can be done. I still have my reservations...but I am following this with renewed optimism. Cause, if it is gonna get done right...the time is now. It's a matter of whether they can make it before some other quick cash in, trying to be Deadpool, fails miserably and bursts the bubble.

Tell ya who should play Lobo...THE STATHAM.
