Zadorov is going to make so much money as a free agent this summer. He’s had a brilliant playoffs.
McDavid, Draisaitl and Hyman looked like dead men skating out there. All the extra minutes they’ve played seemed to catch up to them tonight.for first time in this playoffs Edmonton didn't scored on PP, they're 0-4 today .
And playing in their zone for much of the time.McDavid, Draisaitl and Hyman looked like dead men skating out there. All the extra minutes they’ve played seemed to catch up to them tonight.
Had the same feeling... VAN really dominated much of the game - had they lost, think they would've been done in 6. One more Nucks! The longer this game stays tied the better the odds Edmonton steals it imo. Pickard has been excellent. Oilers best player by far.
Agreed! I just want the Oilers out. Dallas should be able to take care of Vancouver.I woke up happy that EDM lost. Pulling for VAN...then Dallas.![]()
Yeah, expect him to either breakout in gm 6 or get frustrated and lay another turdMcDavid scored just 1 point in the last 3 games of the series with « Vancouver ». In the 5th game – 2 shots on goal and minus 2 for 23:25 of playing time.
He was definitely a -1 on the GWG.McDavid scored just 1 point in the last 3 games of the series with « Vancouver ». In the 5th game – 2 shots on goal and minus 2 for 23:25 of playing time.
Agreed. Vancouver finally got 3+ lines working last night and they carried play for the vast majority of the game. Oilers were overwhelmed by their sustained attack. Their goaltending kept the game close but it really wasn’t a close game.Edmonton looks beat up and tired. This series has been hard on them. The Kings, for a short and bad series, were more physical against the Oil than in the past.
I think VAN is going to pull this off. But even if they don’t, I’m hard pressed to see either go more than 5 against DAL. The Stars have faced stiffer competition and are only getting better.
ECF will be all time. And the Cup final is also looking to be pretty awesome.

Dallas has better depth than Vancouver but the goaltending for Dallas could be wild card. The West has been a whole lot of fun to watch because every team has one glaring weakness.
The East is just scary.
