Things are getting interesting now between the Jets and Blues as St. Louis has tied the series 2-2. Looks like the Blues are getting their mojo back after dropping the first two games.

And Dallas retakes the series lead as they're now 3-2 over Colorado. I'm guessing Landeskog must not be at 100% health as he seems to be rusty after being out for the past three years.
 
Ottawa wins again. Series is 3-2 Toronto now. The Sens are trying hard to force a Game 7. The Leafs will be the figures of all-time ridicule if they pull a 2014 Sharks.
 
Avs score an ENG just recently and they're going to have a Game 7 against Dallas.

And the Avs score a second ENG. Game 7 between Colorado and Dallas is now completely viable.
 
Holy crap, the Blues forced a game 7. As bad as it is here in LA, I would hate to be the Jets if they lose that series. BTW, I don’t know if there’s a Presidents Trophy curse. I just know that if my team was about to get the best overall record, I would tank a game or 2 so I wouldn’t win the Presidents Trophy. Because more teams who’ve won the Presidents Trophy have gone out in the 1st round than have won the Stanley Cup.

Also, both Central Division matchups & nobody else are going to game 7. That’s pretty interesting.

I've always sorta liked the Blues despite never following them whatsoever and as long as we're not sweeping them in the playoffs.
 
Maybe the only way we end the Oiler curse is if us Kings fans cheer for the Oilers for the rest of the playoffs. :mhihi: :yuck: :13314:

Last year, I felt that the Oilers defense was decent for once and their PK was really good and their offense was strong as usual against the Kings. These three things combined made me believe that they might come out of the West which turned out to be true, but thankfully, haha, they lost to the Cats.

I don't think the Oilers come of the West this year. I could see the VGK/Oilers series going either way because the VGK look iffy and the Oilers also have some issues including their defense not looking as good as last year and them seeming off possibly because of a Cup Finals Hangover. And as such, I don't think the winner wins the Conference Finals.

I still think it's the Central Division's West to lose.
 
Colorado just choked away a 2-goal lead in the 3rd period and now Dallas has the lead as the score is 3-2 Dallas. 2 of the 3 goals were scored by ex-Avs player Rantanen while the third goal was by Johnston on the PP.

I've heard that Colorado lost 6 straight Game 7s. This could be a new dubious record for them if they lose Game 7 tonight as it will be their 7th.

Rantanen with a hat trick as he scores the ENG for Dallas. That's all she wrote for Colorado. Dallas will advance to the second round and Colorado has now lost seven straight Game 7s. And I thought Anaheim was that sucky in Game 7s.

DeBoer now 9-0 in games 7.
Colorado are 0-6 in games 7.And just like that AVS are eliminated
And Rantanen scored hat trick
