Last night on draft at T Phillip's I had the Anchor 2007 Christmas seasonal. Very impressed and much better than the 06 IMO.

Picked up Sierra NEvada's Celebration Ale as well as Hebrew's 11th Jewbilation and Stone's Double Bastard. Will be drinking them starting tonight.

Good pickup Mitch !

I had a 6'er of Celebration Ale last Friday night. The Saturday before, I had 2 Double Bastards accompanied by an 11th Anniversary Ale. Wow that did some damage ! But surely it was delicious :)

Thanks Cypress BevMo has an incredible selection of brews right now. So glad I live a half mile from it.

This is one we just picked up and is a seasonal

Pryamid is the brewer and it isn't bad. Got a bite of a finishing bite but not bad for a seasonal. Still have to get to Pyramid's Ale House across the street from Safeco Field (here in Seattle). This would probably be fantasic off the tap.

With a house full of people today we finished off the 12 pack. It was very popular.

Oh, poor you.

Btw, my uncle had Green Flash on tap at Thanksgiving, but I didn't have any because I was busy trying like 6 or 7 different wines.

Just got a sixer of this stuff.
I'll have to drink it I guess.

We brought a 6'er of it to Vegas this last weekend and it was surprisingly bitter ! Kind of rough going down......

I had a 22 oz of the Santa's that was a year old not too long ago, and it aged very well and really brought out a vanilla touch. One of the best tasting ambers that I have had, hands down. I'd recommend letting a bottle of two of it age for a year...... it really does wonders with this one !

I highly recommend the Alaskan Winter Ale. Such a great one to put down in the winter, and extra winter-like with the spruce tips used in the brewing process.

The Anderson Valley Winter Solstice was a bit of a letdown. All of their brews I have had thus far have been nothing but top notch - but this was the first letdown of theirs.

Agree with you on the Alaskan Winter. Drank quite a bit of that stuff last year. BevMo had some great pricing on it right after xmas and I'm hoping they'll do that again.

If this has been posted in this thread before, screw you guys. I'm not readin' through 25 pages of **** to find it...

Picked up a sixer of this stuff from TJ's today. Chilled it up good and now I'm a-sippin a bottle. Good stuff!

Chummy consumes Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stout.

Chummy consumes Downtown Brown.

Chummy consumes BL Smooths when he wants to drink for hours and hours. Chummy asks you to refrain from obvious lame jokes here.

Chummy drinks vodka and gin too.

I just had a fantastic beer - Kaiser Octoberfest from Avery. It was on tap at a Lampost Pizza in Ladera Ranch. Not bottled as far as I know. This pizza place brews their own beers and always has some good guest beers on tap. I also had some Anchor Steam Holliday Ale on tap. I go to this place nearly every Sunday and am never disappointed in the beer selection. They have Stone Ruination on tap right now as well.
