About 50 times in a row... what a great bass line and playing by Andy Rourke. Marr's guitar goes from staccato strumming during the verses to jangly arpeggios in the choruses; check out the intricate guitar picking against the bass line. Great composition, great playing.

Was listening to this earlier. Wildly overlooked. Ron Wood has always been my fave stone and Rod Stewart is simply one of the best frontmen ever. Classic RAWK voice.

Will be stopping @ Best Buy for this

tomorrow(thanks Luc)...StaticX and their discometal pretty much rule.

EDIT: Listened to Pighammer today. Basically a wee bit more textured but pretty much standard STATIC X stuff. He did all the instruments and the only other musician credited is his wife, who also appears on the artwork. I think it makes it abundantly clear why this is a solo project and not a group album. ****ing yoko.

I know I'm late to the party but I can't stop listening to The National's "High Violet."

I just downloaded Slacker for my phone and i was listening to their 90's rock station and came across this gem.

Completely forgot this band ever existed. It did bring back some memories though.

So, for the first time since moving to my new digs I have a REAL computer with a kickass and VERYLOUD soundsystem. I figgered the best way to get to know my neighbors was with a great 'change-up' cd like this.

Atlas Losing Grip- State of Unrest

Cobra Skulls- Agitations

Have Nots- Proud

Chuck Ragan- Covering Groud

Nothington- Borrowed Time
