All Things:AMC television

Speaking of The Walking Dead, Norman Reedus has been doing a weird amount of press lately, plus there's rumors he sold his house in Atlanta. I'm pretty much convinced Daryl is going to die in the finale BUT HE BETTER NOT, DAMMIT.

So boring.
There were so many options they could have gone with! Like STUFF AND THAAAAANGS or GET IN THE HOUSE, CARL

LOL. When Rick pulled his gun at the end last week I thought, "Oh no! He's doing stuff and things again!"

Don't get too worried about the house rumor because Reedus had said in an interview that he rents a house out in the country.
After reading the link jerseydevil posted about who will die, I have a strong hunch that involves something in the link and a longstanding rumor that makes it almost too obvious. My interest has been slowly waning, but the season finales never disappoint so bring it on!

Hey...I can't wait. Now that there are TWO walking dead shows...that means even MORE Universal Halloween Horror Nights mazes.

Who you got in the death pool tomorrow? I'm going with 6 peeps. Number 1: our ol' buddy PorchDick. 2: Gabriel. 3: Not Aaron, but his BF. 4. Revolving door Alexandria dude. 5: Deanna's hubby. 6. Carl's GF... which will require the Kleenex.

Carol threatening Pete while balancing a casserole in her other hand is my favorite thing that's happened on this show.

Also......MORGAN!!!!!!!!!!! <3

Two deaths, was expecting more after the interviews/stories. But the Ep was fantastic!

PS: surely I wasn't the only one thinking that the bullet from the Gabriel tussle flew into someone in another house?

I thought it hit Morgan :sarcasm:

I want to say that the puppet/animatronics/whatever they used for that one zombie under the delivery truck was great.

Mixed bag I thought. First off, watched in real time...and was surprised that the commercial breaks didn't seem any longer/more than usual. Thought the quality of commercials was higher than the normal show...like it was Super Bowl or something. Be curious to see what the billing was compared to a normal episode...

Anyway, the thing I had the most trouble with...Deanna's about face after the awkward accidental death of her husband(who was doomed the minute he was presented as a truly 'nice guy' in that scene with Bob and the scene with Maggie). I would have thought she would have almost had to show restraint because anything else makes her a hypocrite. Hopefully she will have remorse and be conflicted when they start back up again. The whole thing with Glen/Nicholas was sloppy too. How in the hell did Glen fend off those walkers with a bullet in his clavicle? After he told Maggie he loved her, and the way that whole thing played out, I thought he was a goner for sure. Sasha has become annoying. The whole crowdsurfing redeaded walkers was ridiculous. And The church turned into some sort of survivors guilt meeting. Not a terrible idea...just handled poorly. Like Father pain in the ass just leaving the gate open while Deanna's other stupid kid went to be irrelevant elsewhere. I did think that when she sent him to the church he was gonna get killed in some 'gun went off accidentally' mishap...and to Chain's thought...maybe it did.
On the plus side. Carol is just so badass. I am in love!!!!! She is 5 foot of Don'tMessWithMe. Kudos to Mellissa McBride for some terrific work with a character that should have been dead(but thank God she ain't) a long time ago. Abraham continues to be a quote generating machine. We need MORE of him. Was nice to see the reconcilliation between he and Eugene. Eugene nailing it with a wordy apology. Hard to stay mad at such an earnest and heartfelt confession.
So that's some thoughts. Not the best finale' as some are saying...but the season overall was one of the better ones. Sure it will play better as a whole...maybe eliminating some of the stop/start feel.

As far as the Wolves, who will clearly be the big bad next season. Clever idea, and their zombie food truck trap was brilliant...but they have to flesh em out some and have some consequences in order to distinguish them from the Governor's folks, Termites, etc.

Oh yeah...and finally!!!!! Morgan. Note to producers...if Lennie James wants to leave the show at any point, do not kill him. Give him a spin off where he basically goes all Grasshopper, 'walking the earth' with his bo staff and 'all life is valuable' zen attitude. Do not kill him off. He is already, in my mind, as untouchable as Carol/Darryl.

haha...Lots of twitterers thought Morgan was blind a la Book of Eli. That would have been pretty cool, except he CLEARLY saw the rabbit's foot.

You guys are nuts if you don't think Rosalita cleans up well.
