We did our shopping yesterday. Got nice little gift bags to hand out to our crew and some special surprises. Got finances sorted out and cat sitting handled. Kingsqueen is doing her Gaslamp Cam monitoring/obsessing(a tradition that signals the coming of the con). And yeah, laundry here too. It's so close I can smell the nachos and b.o..

First of all, the presentation this Friday afternoon will not include a trailer or any new clips of the movie. The next trailer will be coming in the fall, according to sources with knowledge of the project.

Director J.J. Abrams, screenwriter Lawrence Kasdan, and Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy are already confirmed as part of the panel, which will be moderated by Nerdist impresario and Talking Dead host Chris Hardwick.

Although EW hasn’t learned just which of the cast members will be joining them, our spies say there will be several actors who haven’t yet spoken publicly about their roles venturing onstage in Hall H.

Yeah I figure it's what it is. I'm ready this year. iPad with two charging bricks and probably a couple of movies in there and some chairs and other things. :)

Also, there's a Land of the Lost reunion on Saturday. I have to imagine you'd enjoy that. Not enough to skip Hall H...but still.

I filled out a general schedule and, oh boy, it's crowded...and looks awesome.
 
Ah yes, the greatest time of the year that isn't Christmas...can't believe it's already here!

But if anyone can get a winning ticket for the MMPR Saba Sword, I will buy you dinner and give some cash! Lol, but na not really planning on gonna go all out this year for exclusives. Too burned out past couple years to do that again.

I found that I didn't miss anything last year. I got a couple of little things (~$30 worth) and I wasn't bummed at all. Made the time much better to just kind of look around and see what there was. Trying to do the same this year too. I just have too much crap that I don't do anything with.

Yeah I was too caught up buying exclusives the first three days, that I forgot to buy loved ones some gifts. I'll have to do that as well, there's some really sweet things to see but hauling exclusives around all day really killed it for me. Planning on buying some comics this time around, and try to get some artist autographs which i failed to do last year as well.
 
Glad you are going Shaddy...hadn't heard from you till now. Yeah, exclusives...first of all, this year's lot doesn't have the same charm as it did in years past. But yeah, I have too much **** too. I'm gonna buy something that will most likely end up on a future episode of Storage Wars. Nah. I am gonna brave the Funko booth though with this years new rules that gold plated Bender, could be mine. I wish you a great Con Shaddy!

Yeah I kind took a break from the LGK membership to save up extra money for SDCC, and I was pretty busy with school. But man I want so many of those Funko pops, mostly BvS set, Jaws and The Flash. Oh that Bender one looks awesome!
