Just a comment about Faust obsession with the Vegas game against Quick. Yeah I understand it but it’s one game that someone like him would over emphasize a season. The standings is bigger than that emotional matchup if it happens. It’s getting serious now, I don’t care who they play wins are all that matter
 
This is the kind of game the Kings would have lost a couple of years ago. They've come such a long way. Love this team.
 
Does Grundy just look like he loves playing the game in an interview? He still acts like a kid

Really don’t love Faust. He seems to be so negative. If the kings make a pass and it’s intercepted by the other team he says the player making the pass turned the puck over or flubbed the pass. This is hard to articulate but he seems to give the other teams player no credit and only blame the kings for everything that happens. Anyone else notice this? Just me?

I see him as the opposite, homer. frankly that doesn’t do his job as the play by play guy. Not interested in his game assessment. .

Faust is not negative. The whole TV broadcast is one cheerleading session with Alex as one of the head cheerleaders.
 
40 wins with 13 games still left to play. This has been an incredible winter for sure. Team has gone from "competitive" to "contender" since Christmas. It's been a remarkable evolution in so many ways.
 
Great game by Copley. He handled his business with his usual efficiency and strong positioning. I'm glad the Kings kept the rotation going rather than playing Korpisalo against his former team. Pheonix rewarded the staff's faith in him.
