Goodbye Silver Jerseys...at least for this season. New third jersey on the way

So this is apparently it, leaked via FB earlier this morning. White Chevron, number pushed up toward shoulder vs in the stripes and stripes reversed (black with silver inbetween now). The silver will be the new very glittery version that was added to the new home and away jerseys starting this season. Appears official announcement will be coming soon.

I have a white signed Gretzky jersey that I won at Caesars Palace after the Rangers vs Kings game in 90+ weather. Looks similar.

It's basically a derivative of a) the original 90s sweater and b) the Heritage jersey from that past 2 seasons. All they are doing is making some modifications to the striping and number placement...from what I can tell so far. We'll find out more soon.

I think this one is FAR better than the regular uni's buuuuut I'm an old guy that likes color which I've said a zillion times now. The throw-backs from last year seemed to be popular so why not use those? I don't get it....

I'm more concerned about them retro-actively promoting Tony Granato to captain on Indigenous Peoples day. Oh, that's not what's happening in this picture? My mistake.
