The Kings have forced the Oilers to play the Kings game, which is no small feat. The difference between the teams is that the Oilers are talented enough to beat the Kings at their own game, while the Kings can't beat the Oilers at their own game, as games 2 and 3 showed very clearly.

Good season that Kings can build on.
It was really the game 6 start that did the team in. Get some more offensive help in the offseason. Also didn?t help that the Kings simply didn?t get enough from Kopitar. Danault and Lizotte were pulling all the weight at the C position imo.
Credit to Woodcroft for this particular game. The Oilers refused to trade chances and completely changed up their game plan. This wasn?t the Edmonton power plays daring you to trade chances.
