What adjustments can we make? I think my boy AA gets a healthy scratch?
The Kings aren’t doing anything worse than they did all through the regular season. It’s not that the Kings are being embarrassed. It’s just that Edmonton is finally playing up to it’s hype and preseason expectations. The Oilers have a huge amount of premier talent on that team. The Kings, however, do not.
Let’s start with adding Forsberg and Chychrun, please.
The “entertainment” is completely over the top. Nothing worse than spending hundreds on tickets to watch your team get embarrassed while being forced to hear a PA guy screaming in between crappy loud music. Unfortunately, it will probably continue to get louder/worse.
YOU FORGOT:
8) The "in arena entertainment" was awful. What genre was that? Rap? Rock? Rage Against The Machine?
yeah, these I can do without9) Can we blow out DJ Vickone? And why the close ups of him
10) Brooklyn wannabe break dancers must stop
I can take it or leave it with the drum line. But they should just stay up on one of the platforms, not annoying people down in the 100s during the game (and when they did that thing, we couldn't even hear it in the 300s - so, yay?)11) Also stop the drum line
a Canadian friend of mine is in a group called "Canadians abroad" and they get tickets in that section to all the Canadian teams during the season, so probably a pre-arranged deal. I have gotten to sit there with her in the past.12) Those Oiler fans in the 100 level got some sweet ducats. I mean - how does the opposing team get group tickets all in the same spot? We're talkin' 20 - 25. Not the occasional 4 or 6...but a gaggle of orange.
I have been watching this team for 30+ years. I can?t remember a lineup without at least ONE (1) player that could throw a decent body check until now. No ability to hit. I don?t think I?m exaggerating. Maybe the game has changed but wow LAK are soft right now?
i know emotions are high following 2 blowout losses, but let's be real here. Hardly anybody here gave the Kings a chance to make the playoffs this season, and now a lot of the same people are going on rants about how bad the Kings are. They aren't bad. Like, at all. They are coming out of a rebuild, down their top two defensemen, and playing a ton of rookies/inexperienced players (which everyone has been asking for). And despite the Oilers record, most picked them to finish top 2 in the division. They have arguably two of of best players in the game. And yeah, the King's weaknesses have been exposed, but that's pretty much what happens in the playoffs.
I know we all want to see them win, but if you can't be happy with how this season has gone i'd suggest you take a step back and look at the totality of the season.
And I'm sure this will be an unpopular opinion here, but now I'm beginning to wonder about management, and yes that includes both the coach and GM.

^^THIS^^
I live in Edmonton, and the biggest disappointment in this town is that this series is going beyond a sweep. No one, including me, expected the Kings to even be here, and that they’re giving the Oilers a bigger fight than they were expecting is a huge positive. It’s also good exposure for the young guys (looking at you Byfield) to see what it takes to win in this league. I, for one, feel a lot of positivity about the Kings

We have 1 line we can count on and EDM knows this and has stifled it.
The rest can be moved around.
Stetcher has bite, is Strand available? Jacob Moverare has size.
Lias in for Lizotte, Lias has some bite & size.
Cal in for Quick.
There are options, will Todd make any?
Forgive me for my ignorance but is that the Titanic? Lol
