Punk...

So....... yes I am old school street punk. But I did go to the occasional rockabilly show. When I walked in with the jack boots, liberty spiked hair and painted punk rock leather jacket, I got looks from the others at the show. But, very quickly I was accepted, cuz I was not a violent guy, not a racist and not a dick! So I was cool!

I will be there. Call me if you go. We can meet up. I'm really looking forward to seeing the Selecter again & buzzcocks. Maybe Kevin Seconds band. Not a big fan of the bands playing there next weekend, but I will have fun.

For those going, I will be wearing a white selecter t-shirt. Say hi if you see me.

So, it's official, I ain't gonna make it.

It is not so bad 'cuz I have seen most of the bands on the lineup, some several times.

I always like seeing GBH and the Adicts and would have loved to the Buzzcocks once again. I have never seen Off! live, so that hurts. But maybe next year.

And if I may inquire..........are you saying the Misfits suck nowadays or just in general? Because I gotta say they kicked ass back in the old school days.

I love Ignite!!

I handed Fat Mike a Becks Beer at a show, it is lyric in one of there tunes, he gave me a WTF? look, but he drank it.

I meet Guttermouth at LAX and hung out for a a little bit. Cool Guys, but the lead singer did get busted for underage stuff. Legit??? I don't know but he was a stand up when I met him.

I am more a street punk guy, you know, Charged G.B.H, Discharge, Misfits, D.O.A., The Business, Social D, Agnostic Front, ect ect...............

But I would love to go to this show.
